1. About Us

Talvera Orbit is a product of Talvera Solutions LLP, a company registered in India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Talvera Orbit ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

3. License & Usage

• Each license key is valid for one machine only. Sharing or transferring a license key to another machine without admin approval is not permitted.
• Licenses are issued per business outlet. Multi-outlet usage requires separate licenses.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Software.
• A 14-day free trial is available. After the trial period, a valid paid license is required to continue using the Software.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are available on a monthly (₹199/month) or annual (₹1,999/year) basis.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew your license before it expires.
• GST (18%) may be applicable on purchases as per Indian tax regulations.

5. Data & Privacy

All billing and business data entered into the Software is stored locally on your machine (SQLite database). Talvera Solutions LLP does not have access to your billing data, customer records, or sales history. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Updates & Upgrades

Software updates are provided free of charge to all active license holders. We reserve the right to modify features, add functionality, or change pricing for future license renewals with prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Talvera Solutions LLP shall not be held liable for any loss of business data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Software. It is strongly recommended that users take regular backups using the built-in backup feature. The Software is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind beyond what is expressly stated.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to deactivate a license if it is found to be used in violation of these terms (e.g., used on multiple machines, fraudulent activation). No refund will be issued in cases of termination due to policy violations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
