Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy Summary

All sales are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a verified technical issue that prevents the Software from functioning and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a full refund. See details below.

1. General Policy — No Refunds

Payments made for Talvera Orbit licenses — whether monthly (₹199) or annual (₹1,999) — are non-refundable once the license key has been issued and activated on a machine.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Switching to a different software
  • Not using the software after activation
  • Failure to renew or forgetting the subscription end date
  • Trial period not used before purchasing

We strongly recommend using the 14-day free trial before purchasing to evaluate whether the Software meets your needs.

2. Refunds for Technical Issues

A refund will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You report a technical issue within 7 days of the date of purchase.
  • The issue is reproducible and verified by our support team to be a defect in the Software.
  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days of the report.
  • The issue is not caused by your hardware, operating system, antivirus, or third-party software conflicts.

If all conditions are satisfied, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Talvera Orbit subscriptions are not auto-renewed. You are not required to cancel. Your license simply expires at the end of the paid period, and access is suspended until you purchase a renewal.

If you do not wish to continue, you simply do not renew. No cancellation action is required.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please include your license key, order/payment reference, and a description of the technical issue with screenshots if possible.

5. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
