How much does Talvera Orbit cost?

Pricing is quoted per business rather than published as a single list price, because the licence depends on your shop type, how many billing counters you run, and whether you need Cloud POS for multiple branches. Email or WhatsApp us and we will send a written quote, usually within one business day.
Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every business gets a 2-day free trial of the full application with no credit card required. Nothing is locked or watered down during the trial — you evaluate exactly what you would buy.
Are there per-invoice or transaction charges?

No. Talvera Orbit has no per-invoice fees, no transaction cuts, and no charges tied to your sales volume. You bill as much as you like under your licence.
Are any features locked behind a higher plan?

No. There are no feature tiers. Every licence includes the complete feature set for your business type — offline billing, GST invoicing, inventory with batch and expiry tracking, customer CRM, the udhar ledger, and all reports.
Do I need an internet connection to use it?

No. The Windows desktop app stores all billing data locally in an SQLite database on your own PC and works with no internet at all. The Android tablet app also bills offline. Only Cloud POS, which is browser-based, requires a connection.
Can I run more than one billing counter?

Yes. Talvera Orbit supports up to 10 billing counters on one local network — a Windows desktop acting as the master counter plus up to 9 Android tablets as child counters. All counters share stock, customers and sales data in real time. A multi-counter licence is required to run desktop and tablets together.
Is the billing GST compliant?

Yes. Talvera Orbit auto-calculates CGST, SGST and IGST per item, supports HSN and SAC codes, prints Tax Invoice or Cash Memo formats depending on your business type, and produces GSTR-ready reports you can export to Excel.
Can I get a refund after buying?

Licence fees are non-refundable once the licence key has been issued and activated on a machine. The one exception is a verified technical defect that prevents the software from working and that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, reported within 7 days of purchase. This is why we recommend using the free trial first.
