1. Information We Collect

On the website (talveraorbit.com):

• Business/outlet name and mobile number (for account creation)
• Payment information (processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details)
• License key and machine identifier (for license binding)

In the desktop application:

• All data (products, customers, sales, expenses) is stored only on your local device
• License validation sends only your license key and machine ID to our server
• No billing or customer data is ever sent to our servers

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your license account
• To validate your license and prevent unauthorised use
• To process payments and issue invoices
• To send important product updates or support responses (only when contacted)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Account data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS, with encryption at rest)
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we cannot recover your password
• All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Razorpay — payment processing (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy)
• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Vercel — website hosting

5. Your Rights

You may request at any time:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Deletion of your account and associated data
• Correction of incorrect information
