Software for Apparel & Textile Distributors
A style in six sizes and four colours is one product with twenty-four variants, not twenty-four products. Orbit holds it that way — through purchase, stock, dealer orders and returns — so a season's range stays countable.

What slows a apparel & textile distributor down
And what Orbit does about it.
Variants Explode the Catalogue
Size and colour multiply every style. Orbit keeps variants under one product, so stock and sell-through read by style, size or colour.
Seasons End With Dead Stock
What did not move this season is next season's markdown. Stock and sales by variant show what to reorder and what to clear.
Retailers Pay on Account
Boutiques pay part-payments against a pile of bills. Receipt allocation says exactly which bills are settled and which are not.

Apparel & Textile Distributor software — FAQs
What apparel & textile distributors ask us first.
Can I manage sizes and colours without creating a product for each?
Yes. A style is one product with its size and colour variants under it, and stock, purchase and sales are all recorded against the variant.
How do returns from retailers work?
A sales return raises a credit note on the dealer's ledger and puts the stock back, so the dealer's balance and your stock both stay right.
Can I give some retailers better rates?
Yes. Put them in a dealer category with its own price list, with quantity slabs if you offer them, and the rate applies automatically on their orders.
Does it handle GST on textiles and garments?
Yes. The tax rate and HSN code are set per product, CGST/SGST or IGST is applied by the dealer's state, and the GSTR-1 / 3B and HSN summary reports are produced from your invoices.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Orbit is a Windows desktop app that keeps your apparel & textile distributor data in a database on your own PC, so invoicing, stock, dealer ledgers and reports keep working with no internet at all. Trading-partner documents queue up and go out when the connection returns.
Is there a free trial for distributors?
Yes — a 14-day trial of the full distributor app on one Windows PC, no credit card needed. Or book a demo and we will walk through it with your own dealers and products.
How is it priced?
Distribution is quoted per business rather than sold off a price list, because it depends on how many users, warehouses and branches you run. Book a demo and we will send a written quote for your apparel & textile distributor business.
Can I sell to retailers who do not use Orbit?
Of course. Every dealer gets a normal GST invoice, printed or shared as a PDF. Retailers who do run Orbit can also link with you, so their orders arrive on your screen and your invoices land in their purchase entry.
